FAQ

Clear answers before you enter the product.

This section covers access, coaching, visibility, exports, verification and platform responsibility.

Clients

No. Clients can use Forzaby independently. If a personal trainer manages you in the platform, your routines, nutrition and account context can reflect that coaching relationship.

No. Progress photos stay private unless you explicitly mark them public. Public photos can receive comments and can be reported for manual review.

Yes. Forzaby works as a standalone product. Bootcamp can consume content from it, but it is not required.

Clients can follow routines, save workout sessions, manage nutrition templates, log check-ins and review progress in one environment.

That depends on how your access is structured. Clients invited by a coach can lose access when that relationship ends. Direct members retain their own membership logic.

Yes. You can use only the parts you need. Some clients focus on routines and sessions first, while others use progress tracking and nutrition alongside training.

That depends on the relationship and visibility of the content. The platform is built to support coach-managed accounts, but not every personal note or progress item has to be public.

Yes. Progress photos are compressed on upload and meant to stay manageable for mobile use while still being clear enough for review.

That depends on how your access was granted. Coach-invited access can end with that relationship, while direct members keep their own membership path.

Personal trainers

Yes. Trainers can use the product without a badge. Verification is a separate manual review process.

Trainers can build routines, create nutrition templates, manage clients, review progress, publish community content and export data.

Verification is manual. A trainer can provide a social link and supporting evidence, and Forzaby can review that material before granting a verified badge.

Yes. Coaches and the super admin can export compatible CSV files for client, coach and moderation data.

Invited clients can be removed when the coaching relationship ends. Direct members follow stricter rules so access cannot be cycled unfairly inside the same paid period.

Yes. Personal trainers can add private or public exercises, build routines, create nutrition templates and keep their own working library inside the platform.

Yes. Verification is optional for access. The badge is intended as a trust signal, not a requirement to start building and managing your workflow.

Yes. The platform is designed to support coach-included relationships as well as clients whose access is tied to their own membership logic.

Yes. Coaches and the super admin can export CSV files that open cleanly in spreadsheet tools such as Excel.

Trust and safety

No. Forzaby is a platform. Coaches and users remain responsible for their own programming, nutrition choices, supplement recommendations and real-world decisions.

No. Fitness progress content in context can be allowed, but explicit sexual content, drug use, illicit promotion and unsafe material are not permitted.

Reported content is reviewed manually rather than blocked automatically by default.

No. Progress media is intended to age out. The platform already tracks retention windows and is structured to clear expired media rather than keeping it indefinitely.

Admin surfaces are restricted to privileged accounts. The platform is being hardened around authenticated access, roles and security rules.

No. Verification is manual and can require social links or supporting material before a badge is granted.

Yes. Public content can be reported and reviewed manually. The platform is structured around moderation by review rather than broad automatic blocking.

No. Content that promotes drugs, illicit use or unsafe enhancement behavior is not allowed on the platform.
