Forzaby may collect account information, profile details, coach and client relationships, exercise and nutrition content, routines, menus, comments, session logs, progress entries, media uploads, public posts, verification materials, and technical usage data needed to operate the platform.

We use data to operate the platform, store content, show private or public content according to platform settings, moderate abuse, run verification, support coaches and clients, improve the service, and maintain security and reliability.

Where coaches use Forzaby to provide services to clients, certain client information may be visible to those coaches so they can deliver training, nutrition, accountability, or related support through the platform.

Profile photos are stored as small compressed images. Exercise thumbnails and other media are also stored in compressed form where available.

Progress photos are compressed on upload and may be stored for up to one year. Photos belonging to inactive users may be deleted after one year or sooner at Forzaby’s discretion.

Public photos may be visible to followers or other users depending on platform settings. Private photos are intended to remain limited to their owner and relevant authorized platform views.

If a coach applies for verification, Forzaby may request platform evidence, social media references, identity-confirming photos, or other supporting material. This information may be reviewed manually and stored only as long as reasonably needed for verification, moderation, fraud prevention, or compliance purposes.

Forzaby may use third-party service providers, including hosting, authentication, messaging, storage, analytics, billing, or email tools, to operate the platform. Data may be processed by those providers only to the extent necessary to deliver platform services.

Nutrition search suggestions may also incorporate external food-data sources such as USDA FoodData Central when relevant results are not yet available in the Forzaby library. External food data may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate, and should be reviewed by the coach or user before reliance.

In some workflows, Forzaby functions as the software platform while a coach or business remains responsible for the client relationship. Coaches may be required to maintain their own privacy disclosures and business notices for the data they collect, view, or process through their services.

Forzaby does not guarantee indefinite retention of any content. We may compress, archive, restrict, or delete data and media to manage platform safety, inactivity, legal obligations, or system performance.

If you publish routines, coach posts, comments, or progress photos, you acknowledge that this content may be visible to followers or to other users depending on platform settings.

We take reasonable technical and operational steps to protect platform data, but no storage or transmission system is completely secure. You use the service knowing that absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

This policy may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service after an updated policy is published means you accept the updated version.
